Just Girls: Nail Date with Kate

We had a lazy Saturday. We all stayed in our pajamas much too long, played games, watched shows, slept, and ate food. And I don't feel too bad about that. Kate and I also made it out to my mom's house for our bi-monthly appointment to get our nails done. Kate can rough and tumble with her brothers, loves playing in the dirt, and thinks potty jokes are hilarious. But she also loves Disney princesses, anything sparkly or with unicorns, and LOVES coming with me to get her nails painted. 

Cinderella was the inspiration behind today's outfit, although I vetoed the "glass slippers" she clogged around in all morning. #buzzkill But, I would be lying if I said I didn't absolutely enjoy my favorite self care indulgence with my best girl. 

And of course we had to get our best color in honor of this week's holiday. And because- #pinkalways 

I don't know if she'll always wanna hang out and do "our" stuff together. But I really hope so. Really, really, really. #bff4lyfe #girlsrule
