May- the final push!

Any other parents start feeling a bit "trunky" during May as school draws to a close? Because this mom does- majorly. May also happens to be a month that concerts, performances, field trips, wax museums, testing, projects, and parties are all scheduled. On top of that, spring prep and planting in the gardens takes a good chunk of my time and energy...leaving me a bit tired and less consistent and motivated to stay on top of homework, reading, practicing, etc. Not to mention the warmer weather has me rushing all of us outside the minute backpacks are dropped! C'mon May, what's a mom to do?!

Having said that, it's fun to see your children's hard work pay off and watch them shine. The boys had their spring concert last night and it makes me so proud to watch them with their little violins and see how much they're progressing! #parentpayday

Today, we got to visit the boys at school to see them in their class wax museum. Liam decided to portray Thomas Edison and Finn was Ole Kirk Christiansen (the creator of Legos).

They were so stinkin' cute. My favorite quote from Thomas Edison that Liam shared: "Nothing is impossible. You just don't know how to do it." #yesyesyes #keepinventing #keepbuilding

Fingers crossed we can make it to the finish line...including Kate. Little sisters get dragged from event to event, even when it's not super "fun". #littletrooper #littlestsiblingprobs

Here's to the last 2 weeks of school!
